Art therapy blends creative expression with therapeutic dialogue to foster mental wellbeing, offering individuals and communities a constructive space for artistic self-expression.

More than just artistic methods, art therapy is a deliberate therapeutic approach designed to establish a secure setting for personal exploration and expression.

The practice integrates principles from psychodynamics, Jungian analysis, developmental psychology, as well as cognitive and humanistic therapies. It embraces both creative process theories and modern therapeutic techniques within its foundational framework.
