The Master of Philosophy (Physiotherapy) at The University of Notre Dame Australia is a research-focused postgraduate program blending coursework in research methodology with an extensive thesis project. While primarily designed for physiotherapy, students from other disciplines may enroll, though supplementary coursework might be necessary. This degree integrates structured learning with independent research, culminating in a thesis submission for external assessment. Candidates will work under the guidance of at least two supervisors who assist in developing the research proposal and provide ongoing academic support until thesis examination. The program offers flexible study options, available both full-time (typically completed in 1.5 years) and part-time (usually 3 years). A minimum completion period of one year applies, mainly for students with existing research background or credentials.
