Our Human Resource Management program, accredited by the Australian Human Resources Institute, delivers personalized instruction and collaborative learning. You'll gain essential understanding of employment relations, labor law, HR development, organizational change, and related areas. Additionally, seasoned instructors and frequent industry guest speakers offer valuable perspectives on corporate operations. The undergraduate program can be completed full-time in three years or part-time at an equivalent pace. You'll start by taking eight foundational courses covering Accounting, Business Law, Marketing, and Business Communication—the core components of all Commerce degrees. Subsequently, you'll explore HR-specific subjects such as Change Management, Organizational Behavior, Employment Law, and Strategic Workforce Planning.
