The School of Engineering focuses on advancing research and education in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, and Surveying. Starting in 2019, we expanded our offerings with new undergraduate degrees in Aerospace Systems and Renewable Energy Engineering. Our curriculum is supported by cutting-edge research, with our Civil Engineering program consistently earning Australia's top '5' rating in all four ERA evaluations (2010, 2012, 2015, 2018). We're also one of just two institutions to maintain this highest rating in Resources Engineering and Extractive Metallurgy for three consecutive ERA assessments.

Qualification Requirements
i) have satisfied all of the requirements for admission to the degree of Bachelor with Honours Class 1 or Honours Class II, Division 1 or any other degree approved for this purpose by the Head of School; or
ii) have satisfied all the requirements for admission to a degree of Bachelor in the University or another degree approved for this purpose by the Head of School; or
iii) in exceptional cases produce evidence of possessing such other academic or professional qualifications and/or experience as may be approved by the Head of School; or
