Melbourne Business School's Master of Entrepreneurship delivers essential expertise for creating, launching, and scaling innovative ventures while successfully bringing your own products and services to market.
You'll master contemporary design thinking approaches for product development and learn to craft winning business models. This hands-on program connects you with diverse entrepreneurs, offering mentorship opportunities and practical experience through startup internships.
Over the program duration, you'll cultivate your own startup concepts and present them to potential investors for actual funding opportunities.
Graduates typically pursue one of three career trajectories:
Founder track: launch your independent business.
Corporate innovation track: introduce transformative ideas to established firms.
Investment/consulting track: support emerging companies through growth phases.
To be considered for entry into this course, you must have:
A bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a directly related discipline with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65% (or equivalent), OR
A bachelor honours degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with a Weighted Average Mark of at least 65% (or equivalent), OR
A three-year undergraduate qualification and at least 50 credit points (or equivalent) of graduate study in any discipline with a WAM of at least 65% (or equivalent), OR
A three-year undergraduate qualification in any discipline AND at least two years of documented relevant work experience, OR
A minimum of six years of documented relevant work experience.
English language requirements:
IELTS (academic English Only): Overall 7.0 with no band less than 6.0
TOEFL Internet-based test: 94 + ; Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13;
Pearson Test of English Academic: 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50
Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill
