The Strategy, Innovation and Management specialization in both the Master of Commerce and Master of Commerce (Extension) programs provides learners with the conceptual frameworks and practical techniques used by visionary leaders to tackle complex business problems in today's volatile world, while advancing social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

Participants will develop strategic thinking capabilities, innovation management expertise, and sustainability-focused approaches. Additionally, they'll refine critical abilities in negotiation, collaboration, and leadership to excel in both corporate and startup environments.

This specialization delivers essential knowledge and competencies for graduates to thrive as forward-thinking executives in progressive organizations across local, national, and international markets.
