The Graduate Diploma in Building & Construction Information Management (GD-BCIM) seeks to cultivate expertise in modeling, sharing, preserving, applying, and overseeing construction data. This program helps architects, construction professionals, engineers, and project leaders master core BIM principles, receive technical BIM instruction, improve modeling and simulation capabilities, and develop essential skills for the digital construction sector. Building upon existing competencies, it offers a thorough, adaptable, and industry-focused advanced BIM curriculum.
Completed tertiary undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (architecture, built environment, building and construction engineering and management, project management and civil engineering disciplines), as approved by the University.
Academic IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent, with no band score below 6.0; TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 79 with: R: 13; L: 12; S: 18; W: 21; Pearson Test of Academic English: 58 with no skill score below 50; Cambridge English Scale: 176 with no sub-score below 169; Occupational English Test: No grade lower than 'C' in any of the sub-tests.
