A Graduate Certificate in Research Studies provides essential theoretical and methodological foundations for research. Through four specialized training units, you'll develop expertise in literature review, research planning, proposal development, and acquire vital analytical and communication competencies. This program prepares you for research support roles by building fundamental research capabilities. Graduates will possess specialized knowledge for high-level professional work or continued education, including advanced discipline-specific expertise and critical thinking abilities to analyze, assess, and synthesize information across various contexts.
A completed qualification at AQF level 7 (bachelor’s degree) or above from an Australian University or equivalent AND at least three year's work experience;
OR
Work life experience demonstrating the ability to undertake study at the required level which may include approval of prior study or non-formal qualifications. Applications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis as per the RPL policy.
