A Master's Degree by Research is an advanced research program where students complete a supervised, time-bound research project. This program allows students to contribute meaningfully to their chosen field of study. Those who earn a Master's by Research will gain comprehensive expertise in one or more specialized areas, developing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Graduates will acquire specialized analytical and technical abilities that enable them to conduct independent original research, demonstrate research proficiency, apply appropriate methodologies, critically evaluate sources and findings, understand their research's broader context, and produce high-quality academic work.
Applicants must normally hold an approved bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution.
