The Master's in Construction and Infrastructure Management equips students for leadership positions overseeing personnel, resources, materials, technological systems, and budgets within building construction and civil infrastructure projects. This objective is achieved through advanced coursework in engineering and management principles specific to construction, building operations, and infrastructure upkeep.
Participants develop expertise in procurement strategies, project execution, resource allocation, cost estimation, workplace safety, and risk assessment. The curriculum additionally covers environmental impacts, financial planning, legal frameworks, and contractual obligations relevant to project-driven sectors.
A recognised Bachelor degree (AQF 7 or 8), in one of the following allied fields: Engineering (Civil or Construction); Building; Architecture; Quantity Surveying; Construction Management; Property or Real Estate; Other related engineering/ technology disciplines assessed to be appropriate.
OR Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Construction Management.
English language requirements
Satisfactory completion of one of the following:
