This research-focused program provides a setting where exploring ideas and hands-on artistic work complement each other, shaping the creation of art. The curriculum emphasizes an equilibrium between practical studio work and the theoretical foundations of art-making. Students engage with diverse mediums including installation, sculpture, ceramics, mixed-media approaches, sound, performance, digital arts, video, painting, printmaking, drawing, photography, and metalwork. The program fosters reflection on the artistic, cultural, and societal context of one's work while embracing cross-disciplinary exploration. Participants come from varied backgrounds, ages, and nationalities—ranging from established artists to recent graduates and professionals returning to academia. The program culminates in a significant final project, presented through an exhibition, performance, or showcase, supported by a comprehensive proposal and audiovisual documentation of the creative journey.
