This program, provided by Nursing and Midwifery, equips nurses and midwives with the skills needed for leadership positions across various specialties including administration, teaching, crisis response, end-of-life care, emergency nursing, and specialized midwifery. Participants will gain expertise in advanced practice and leadership within specialized fields, acquiring capabilities to design, execute, oversee, and assess healthcare services while developing policies for culturally diverse populations. Alumni secure prominent roles across numerous healthcare settings, making significant contributions to individual, family, and community wellbeing while advancing the nursing and midwifery professions.
