This Master's degree explores core aspects of human resource management, spanning strategic HR approaches, data-driven HR practices, organizational transformation, global HR perspectives, talent acquisition, and compensation systems. Students will cultivate a sophisticated understanding of HR's function in both local and international business environments. The curriculum enhances expertise in critical areas like policy development, negotiation techniques, and implementation strategies within evolving workplace dynamics. It addresses organizational frameworks, legal considerations in employment, conflict resolution methods, diversity initiatives, occupational safety protocols, compensation structures, and strategic workforce planning. Participants will expand their knowledge of employment relationship management.
By mastering both employment relations (ER) and human resource management (HRM) principles, graduates will be equipped for diverse professional opportunities. Potential career paths include generalist positions like: HR director; employee relations director; HR business strategist; HR coordinator; or specialized roles such as: talent acquisition leader; training and development specialist; compensation analyst; HR policy consultant; employee advocate; change management expert; workplace relations consultant; labor relations specialist; or union representative.
    A recognized Bachelor degree (or higher) in any discipline with a minimum grade point average of 4.0 using a 7.0 scale; OR 
   A combination of alternative admission criteria such as formal, informal, and non-formal learning deemed to be equivalent to either of the above.
