This program expands upon the technical expertise gained during the Bachelor of Dental Health Science, serving as the concluding two-year phase of professional education required to qualify for dental registration. Participants will enhance their theoretical understanding of dental procedures while gaining hands-on experience through clinical rotations at the Griffith Dental Clinic and various regional healthcare facilities. Admission is exclusively granted to students who have successfully completed Griffith's Bachelor of Dental Health Science (or its equivalent, the Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science). Upon registration, dental graduates can pursue careers in private practices, public health institutions such as hospitals and school dental programs, or military dental services. Advanced studies may open doors to academic positions or specialized practice areas.
