The Master of Professional Psychology equips graduates with essential skills needed to become registered general psychologists. This program combines academic coursework (featuring a significant case study) with hands-on practical placements. Students gain expert knowledge and abilities for professional psychology practice, covering ethical and legal standards, evaluation methods, and therapeutic approaches for all age groups. The curriculum is designed to apply learning in real-world contexts. Practical placements throughout the program allow students to implement their knowledge and hone fundamental psychology skills. Training occurs at FedUni Community Psychology Services and partner organizations, with a minimum requirement of 300 practicum hours.
