The Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) (Honours) program explores essential disciplines including machine design, thermodynamics and energy conversion, fluid dynamics, control systems, mechanical vibrations, manufacturing processes, and robotics. Students develop comprehensive engineering capabilities in both analysis and design, while undertaking a two-semester Capstone Honours research initiative. The curriculum incorporates practical industry exposure through our innovative Co-operative Model, offering hands-on professional experience.
Successful completion of Australian Year 12 with final-year mathematics courses, or overseas equivalent.
Overall IELTS band score of 6.0, with no band less than 6.0, or equivalent; TOEFL iBT: 60-78 with minimums (Reading 13, Listening 12, Speaking 18, Writing 21); Pearson (PTE): Overall 50 (no band less than 50); Cambridge-CAE: Overall 169 (no band less than 169).
