This specialization fulfills the Study Requirement for Accreditation to Teach Religious Education in Catholic Schools. The curriculum explores various aspects of Catholic theology, the distinctive culture of Catholic schools, and methodologies for religious instruction. Note that teaching religious education in Catholic schools is restricted to baptized Catholics.
