This program also welcomes applicants with non-related undergraduate degrees who possess substantial industry experience in construction, whether through public or private sector roles. The degree serves as a pathway to officially enter the construction management field.
Collaborate across disciplines to examine cutting-edge subjects in the built environment sector. Key areas of study encompass procurement strategies, project economics and financial control; quantity surveying, business operations and construction leadership; professional standards, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and sustainable practices.
To be considered for admission to this degree you will need to meet at least one of the following criteria:
completion of a bachelor degree or higher in a related discipline with a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) (or equivalent average grade indicator) of 60
completion of a bachelor degree or higher in any discipline with a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) (or equivalent average grade indicator) of 60 and at least five years' relevant professional work experience (or part-time equivalent)
completion of a Graduate Diploma of Construction Management or equivalent

C1 ADVANCED and C2 PROFICIENCY: 176 No band less than 169
PTE: 58 No less than 50 in each skill
