This program provides comprehensive training in core exercise science disciplines: biomechanics, physiology, psychology, behavioral modification, and motor skill development.
Your first year establishes fundamental knowledge, while subsequent years explore each specialization area in depth. The final year focuses on practical application, featuring 140+ hours of professional training at our Cockburn Aquatic and Recreation Center facility and through diverse industry collaborations – including elite sports, strength training, workplace wellness, clinical rehabilitation, and youth fitness programs.
