The Master of Valuation and Property Development offers comprehensive training applicable to international real estate markets. This course prepares graduates with in-depth expertise and sophisticated technical abilities for diverse professional opportunities in investment, finance, asset management, and research. The program covers multiple subjects including financial and tax principles, corporate asset management, risk assessment and mitigation, viability studies, legal aspects, property appraisal, and market evaluation. Students can choose to focus on Property Valuation, Urban Planning, or Project Management as specialization areas.
Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field (Note - This program is not available to graduates of Bond's Bachelor of Property, students may consider either the Master of City Planning or the Master of Project Management as an alternative.)
English language proficiency requirements:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
