Qualification Requirements

There are two different entry pathways to the Master of Property and Development. The program you apply for will depend on whether you’re eligible to undertake the accelerated program or not. Your eligibility depends on your academic background. The depth of your prior experience may be considered, depending on how closely it relates to property development. 1 year full-time program | 48 Units of Credit (UOC) An undergraduate honours degree with a credit average in a related field, OR An undergraduate honours with a credit average in an unrelated field honours plus 3 years construction industry experience at a managerial level, OR A master’s degree with a credit average in a related field If you meet the criteria for the 1 year program, you’ll receive Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) credit points for two research courses and one elective (24 UOC). Related fields are - Built environment disciplines Engineering Business Law IELTS - 6.5 overall (min. 6.0 in each subtest) TOEFL iBT - 90 overall (min. 23 in writing, 22 in reading, listening and speaking)
