The Master of Construction Practice program offers an extensive study of construction management, equipping students to handle sophisticated building projects. Its curriculum explores diverse areas such as structural engineering, soil mechanics, construction methodologies, machinery usage, contract oversight, quantity surveying, financial planning, project coordination, renovation strategies, and risk assessment. This degree holds accreditation from three prestigious bodies: the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Additionally, it fulfills the educational criteria set by Queensland's Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) for obtaining an Open Builders License.
Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field (Note - This program is not available to graduates of Bond's Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, students may consider the Master of Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery as an alternative.)
English language proficiency requirements:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
