The Graduate Diploma in Construction Practice equips students from diverse backgrounds with skills to oversee construction projects – covering everything from hands-on implementation to financial evaluation and funding. This program emphasizes coordinating and managing project resources (including personnel, workflows, materials, energy, budgets, and space) to ensure buildings are completed on schedule, within budget, and to specified standards. After earning the Graduate Diploma, students can opt to take four more courses to obtain a Master's degree. This qualification is particularly valuable for industry professionals seeking formal credentials to advance their careers.
Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor Degree or qualification equivalent to AQF Level 7.
English language proficiency requirements:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
