This program empowers you to oversee projects and programs (or coordinated project groups) within a portfolio, guiding decisions that achieve successful financial, social, ethical, and environmental results. We employ a practical methodology with real-world case studies and research-backed evidence. You can implement your newly acquired skills across any project type in any industry. Our principal goal is to instruct you in 'making things happen,' which is the core function of project management. Projects serve as instruments of change, with project managers acting as agents of transformation. Whether you're spearheading change for product development, service delivery, or system implementation, project managers aim to produce results that are timely, cost-effective, meeting specifications, and predictable. This is accomplished through a combination of technical, tactical, and strategic choices that optimize value and reduce wasted effort.
The Bachelor of Project Management is delivered by a seasoned team of industry practitioners and research-oriented educators through weekly interactive sessions spanning two years (six semesters) of full-time study.
