This program provides an interdisciplinary framework for examining key challenges and factors in the development and operations of global enterprises. With a focus on international trade and investment, it highlights management concerns and viewpoints. Students will gain expertise in analyzing business frameworks and the cross-cultural or logistical challenges they face from a global business standpoint.
The curriculum explores diverse topics such as globalization; worldwide commerce; economic unions and markets; trade liberalization pacts; international aspects of marketing, corporate strategy and digital commerce; plus geographic, cultural and regulatory influences on business choices and economic progress. Upon completion, graduates will acquire valuable skills that prepare them for diverse career paths in the international business arena.
