The Bachelor of Laws program offers a specialization or dual specialization in Legal Transformation, blending core legal studies for professional qualification with courses focused on legal innovation, equipping graduates for modern legal practice. The Faculty has introduced a groundbreaking Bachelor of Laws concentration addressing climate-related legislation, scientific aspects, and their societal and business impacts. Law students can now pursue focused studies in climate law through elective options: a Climate Law specialization (4 electives), major (6 electives), or extended double major (12 electives).
Students who have completed Year 12 in Australia or equivalent secondary studies in other countries.
English language proficiency requirements:
IB - International Baccalaureate Diploma - 30
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 7.0 with no sub score less than 6.5
Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 94, no scores below 24 in Writing, and 20 in Speaking, Reading and Listening
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Academic Overall score 65 with no Communicative Scores below 58
