Legal reform and societal equity form a core principle at the ANU College of Law. Expanding upon the College's supplementary Law Reform and Social Justice Program, this specialization equips students with tools to examine and question law's intricate societal role, along with lawyers' contributions to fostering both progress and continuity.
Courses in this specialization provide students with abilities to analyze existing legal frameworks governing complex social matters, evaluate key factors in reform planning, and acquire essential skills for implementing changes.
