The Master of Psychology (Health) at Adelaide University provides a direct route to professional registration as a psychologist. Being one of just two health psychology programs available nationally, it offers thorough education in both clinical health psychology and health promotion. This program equips you with versatile skills for various psychology careers while emphasizing healthier living and clinical care. You'll learn to evaluate diverse clients and create treatment plans for conditions including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. The curriculum covers managing long-term illnesses and assisting patients through trauma, disability, and recovery processes. To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved the following minimum entry requirements and demonstrate they fulfil any prerequisite and essential criteria for admission. In cases where there are more eligible applicants than available places, admission will be competitive with ranks based on the entry criteria.
