Tailored for graduates who have finished a Masters by coursework or an Honours Bachelor degree, our Master of Philosophy is entirely research-based and spans two years of full-time study. With mentorship from an experienced research supervisor, you'll design and execute your own independent research project on a topic that inspires you. You'll enjoy the freedom to explore a subject that aligns with both your personal interests and professional field. This program is self-guided, eliminating the need for traditional classes or coursework. Instead, you'll meet key progress milestones to ensure steady advancement toward completing your thesis or creative output. Your journey will culminate in producing a significant thesis or creative piece with an accompanying exegesis, followed by an oral defense before an examination panel. Recognizing the challenges of juggling studies with work, family, and other obligations, we've structured our Master of Philosophy to offer flexibility. You can opt for full-time or part-time enrollment, allowing you to achieve your academic aspirations while maintaining your current responsibilities.
