Our Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mining) caters to both recent engineering graduates and experienced professionals in the field.
This program serves as an introductory year for the Master of Engineering (Mining), equipping students with enhanced skills for higher education and professional advancement. You will:
examine geomechanics, geotechnical engineering, and geostatistics
gain expertise in mine design, modeling, simulation, and automated mining systems
perform risk and uncertainty assessments
investigate mine operations, strategic planning, and eco-friendly methods
hone abilities in research, communication, analytical reasoning, and leadership.

Intake Periods
February and July
A completed four-year Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent in the field of Mining Engineering.
English Language Requirements
