Food transcends mere sustenance—it's a vital aspect of our existence that impacts both our wellbeing and joy. Yet with countless dietary options, determining optimal choices can be challenging.
Uncover how cultural traditions, environmental conditions, and social dynamics shape eating habits. Master menu planning, specialized diet creation, and food safety protocols. Examine the connection between nutrition and physical activity, along with how dietary choices affect athletic achievement.

Through our Human Nutrition degree, you'll emerge prepared to guide others in harnessing nutrition's power for healthier living.
While diet's impact on weight is widely recognized, fewer realize its potential links to conditions like anemia, cognitive decline, cardiovascular issues, bone disorders, and malignancies.

Our Nutrition Science program equips you to transform lives by developing personalized nutrition and wellness strategies that enhance health, ward off illness, and foster personal achievement.

Adopt a research-based perspective on nutrition through studies in anatomy, physiology, biology, chemistry, and food sciences. Explore the human body's sophisticated mechanisms—from cellular processes to integrated systems—and their nutritional requirements for peak performance.

You'll establish comprehensive expertise in life-stage nutrition, learning how proper nourishment supports developmental growth and graceful aging.

By honing analytical, investigative, and interpersonal skills, you'll be positioned to positively influence individual and population health outcomes both locally and internationally.
