This Bachelor of Science program offers dual majors in Food Technology and Nutrition, tailored for those who want to lead the evolution of food. Discover how to shape tomorrow's food landscape.

The curriculum covers cutting-edge methods for transforming ingredients into food products, as well as scientific approaches to enhance flavor and nutritional value.

Core studies in chemistry and microbiology provide a strong foundation for careers in food tech and nutrition, complemented by specialized courses in food processing and dietary science.

You can select either one or both majors based on your focus. The nutrition track explores human health, essential nutrients, and dietary needs, while food technology emphasizes production techniques—both conventional and innovative—along with sensory analysis, product innovation, and quality control. Each major concludes with an independent capstone project.
