The Theater Management program equips future leaders in both administration and creative direction to foster welcoming spaces that nurture theatrical innovation, support theater professionals, encourage teamwork, and engage with local communities. Together and as individuals, we dedicate ourselves to advancing anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles in our educational and professional settings. Our goal is to exemplify fair and just organizational approaches. This program also provides a dual-degree option with Yale School of Management, allowing students to obtain both an M.F.A. and M.B.A. in four years instead of the typical five.

Qualification Requirements
All entering students must have obtained a bachelor's degree or its international equivalent prior to enrolling at the Graduate School. A student may submit an application before receiving the degree, or while their degree is still in progress, so long as the degree will be completed prior to matriculation. In some countries, an undergraduate or bachelor's equivalent degree is completed in three years. In such cases, the completion of a three-year bachelor's equivalent degree is sufficient to meet the application requirement.
