This dual-degree initiative with the School of Management is designed for aspiring business law educators. The curriculum allows students to fulfill all requirements within five years. Applicants must satisfy the entry criteria of both institutions. Typically, law students should seek admission to the Management School's graduate program during their initial year at the Law School. Founded in 1999 after discussions between Robert Todd Lang '47 (In Memoriam) and former Dean Anthony T. Kronman '75, the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law aims to enrich both student learning and faculty research in business law. The Center strives to deepen engagement with current business law challenges and opportunities.
