The guitar program provides training across multiple disciplines, where students receive private lessons, join weekly studio seminars, collaborate with visiting artists, and showcase both solo and ensemble pieces. The weekly seminar features performances of freshly mastered solo and chamber works, alongside discussions covering interpretation, arrangement, technical skills, teaching methods, master-class instruction, concert planning, stage presence, sight-reading, competitions, studio recording, and professional growth. Every semester, participants form duos or small ensembles and present their chamber works in live performances. The repertoire is selected jointly by the students and Professor Benjamin Verdery.
