Develop deeper insights into human perception, cognitive processes, and behaviors at individual, group, and organizational levels to enhance organizational effectiveness. Research collaborations are available with partners such as the Air Force Research Laboratory's Human Effectiveness Directorate and Wright-Patterson AFB's Crew Station Evaluation Facility. Our department boasts specialized research spaces in Fawcett Hall featuring 20,000 square feet of psychology labs, observation rooms, and audiovisual resources. Wright State maintains multiple cooperative agreements with Wright-Patterson AFB for shared access to equipment, facilities, and expert personnel.
