To qualify for certification, students must complete all necessary coursework at Wright State University. The School of Nursing, Kinesiology, and Health Sciences originated from the College of Health, Education, and Human Services, which was created in Fall 2021. Several programs trace their roots to the university's founding in 1967. We offer various programs centered on service to others - with our primary goal being your success. Options include bachelor's degrees in nursing, health and physical education, public health education, or sports science. Further your professional growth by pursuing a master's degree in these disciplines. The nursing curriculum provides specialized training in areas like adult-gerontology acute care, neonatal care, pediatrics, psychiatric/mental health, healthcare administration, and family practice. Additionally, master's programs are available in public health and sports management.
