The Public Health-Pre-Nursing Program offers a combined degree pathway through a partnership agreement, accepting a select group of students into this structured curriculum. Participants first complete 83 credit hours in Worcester State's Public Health/Pre-Nursing track, then transition to MCPHS University's accelerated nursing program at either their Worcester or Manchester, NH campus. After finishing 37 of the required 63 credits at MCPHS (which transfer back to Worcester State), students receive their bachelor's degree in public health. They then complete the remaining 26 credits at MCPHS to obtain their nursing BS. Program participants should consult with the designated Health Sciences Department advisor.
