The Master's in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics offers flexible part-time or full-time enrollment, structured as a modular professional graduate program. This curriculum combines specialized coursework in operations and supply chain decision-making with analytical techniques and a hands-on capstone experience. Students must complete a minimum of 33 credit hours (eleven 3-credit courses), with no duplicate counting of courses across specialties.
This graduate program establishes core competencies in three key disciplines:
Operations: Internal business processes with a focus on operational excellence
Supply chain: Developing and overseeing distribution networks for seamless product/service delivery
Operations analytics: Data-driven techniques to inform business decisions
Participants then specialize by selecting two of these three concentrations. The program concludes with an applied team project, equipping graduates with practical skills for today's data-centric commercial landscape.
