The LAE degree program enhances the innovation and business acumen needed to succeed in our interdisciplinary modern world. This distinctive curriculum combines a liberal arts education with fundamental engineering principles. Alongside the nine required engineering courses in science and design, students enjoy the flexibility to select classes from diverse fields like healthcare, legal studies, government policy, global affairs, commerce, or any area where technical expertise offers an advantage.

Selected coursework delivers hands-on, comprehensive exposure across three key areas: STEM fields, leadership, and cultural studies. Tailored to personal ambitions, students can pick classes aligned with their goals.
The LAE curriculum balances adaptability with its dual focus on engineering and liberal arts. It meaningfully incorporates engineering's foundational elements - scientific principles and creative design - while thoroughly addressing the human, societal, and commercial aspects of technology. Students develop career-building experiences that prepare them for future opportunities. Graduates emerge not just with engineering proficiency, but also with business insight, strong communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
