The Master of Education in Instruction: National Board Certified Teacher program is tailored for educators pursuing the most prestigious professional certification in K-12 education. Many states offer benefits such as pay raises and leadership opportunities for certified teachers. Nationally Board Certified educators frequently advance into leadership positions within their schools, districts, and states. Note: This program does not result in state teaching licensure. This 30-credit curriculum includes 12 credits of core courses on instructional methods and 18 credits of electives. Participants must be employed in an educational environment to fulfill competency assignments. All courses are delivered online, with an additional non-credit E-Folio component required.
