Master of music applicants must be accepted by both the University and the Department of Music. Specific Department of Music requirements include:

Audition: Applicants must complete an audition in music performance, music teaching, or conducting:
Schedule classical performance auditions with the Music Admissions office
Submit jazz performance auditions via electronic recording through application
Submit video-recorded music teaching and conducting auditions via application
