Wichita State's interdisciplinary leadership undergraduate certificate merges the study of leadership theory, practical application, and skill development to equip you with modern leadership competencies for both professional and personal growth. To earn this undergraduate certificate in interdisciplinary leadership, students complete 12 credit hours of specialized leadership coursework and compile a portfolio showcasing selected academic projects for evaluation.
