The Accelerated Master's Degree Program enables undergraduate industrial and entrepreneurial engineering students to fast-track their master's degree requirements. Eligible undergraduates can apply between 6 to 12 credit hours of 5000-level coursework completed during their bachelor's studies at WMU toward a master's in industrial engineering, provided they enroll within 30 months of graduation. Participants may select either the thesis or non-thesis track for their master's program. This initiative permits WMU's industrial and entrepreneurial engineering undergraduates to earn a combined bachelor's and accelerated master's degree by completing 146-152 total credit hours, with the exact count varying based on the number of 5000-level courses taken during undergraduate studies.
