The animation specialization teaches both classic and modern animation methods, utilizing hand-drawn techniques, stop-motion, digital modeling, surface detailing, lighting effects, and final rendering. Academic Preparation. Successful students are prepared students and we want to make sure youre ready for the rigors of college-level work. We recommend:
4 years of English
3-4 years of math (through second year algebra or pre-calculus)
3 years of natural sciences (two or more with a lab component)
