The College Student Personnel: Student Affairs program is designed for individuals who have just earned their Bachelor's degree or have minimal professional background in student affairs. This pathway allows participants to deepen their understanding of student affairs while acquiring substantial practical experience. The curriculum comprises 42 credit hours, with 36 dedicated to core specialization courses, one hour of practicum, and six hours of internship. Students choose four elective hours from behavioral sciences, counseling, or related disciplines in collaboration with their academic advisor. Core classes follow a structured sequence and employ an intensive in-person format, usually meeting face-to-face 16 times per semester for three or four-credit courses. This program track can typically be completed within four semesters.
