The B.B. in Management program focuses on developing real-world management expertise, offering students the option to specialize in areas like organizational behavior, small business operations, or operational management. As a broad and practical discipline, the program aims to: 1) develop well-rounded professionals capable of aligning marketing, finance, accounting, operations, and HR functions to achieve business objectives, and 2) train specialists in management analysis, information systems, strategic planning, and operational oversight. Graduates often pursue careers in general management, retail supervision, hospitality management, manufacturing operations, tech administration, organizational consulting, healthcare management, public sector roles, and non-profit leadership. The Management department encourages majors to enhance their studies through internships, international study programs, or completing a minor.
Qualified students can pursue a combined bachelor's and master's degree pathway for Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management leading to an MBA. This accelerated program enables high-achieving undergraduates to complete both degrees within five years.
