Our Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology (EXPH) equips you for direct entry into the workforce or advanced studies in various disciplines like medicine, biomedical sciences, physical therapy, dentistry, physician assistant programs, pharmacy, athletic training, occupational therapy, and beyond.
No matter your career goals, our curriculum provides a solid foundation in both fundamental and clinical sciences related to exercise physiology. You'll study subjects ranging from human cadaver anatomy and physiology to kinesiology, health and disease applications, and nutrition.
EXPH majors must complete either a minor or a specialized focus area before graduating. Those aiming for professional programs like medicine, dentistry, or pharmacy should choose the Health Professions concentration. The standard EXPH coursework also prepares you for other graduate or professional paths. Customize your education by selecting from our specialized focus areas or by pairing your major with a complementary minor.
