Webster University's international human rights initiative aims to foster deeper comprehension of global human rights principles, challenges, and remedies.
Program Objectives
After finishing the program, graduates will be able to: Describe the evolution and contemporary application of human rights structures and legal standards, Examine human rights theories, principles, and perspectives with a critical eye, Recognize and discuss significant human rights concerns throughout history and today, Assess possible responses to human rights violations, including efforts by international organizations, Show proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, along with their ethical considerations in human rights studies, Participate in practical human rights fieldwork.
