Wayne Law's Labor and Employment Law LL.M. program examines modern workplace dynamics, covering union relations, worker benefits, discrimination protections, and regulatory compliance. Alumni pursue careers across diverse sectors - from corporate legal departments and government agencies to advocacy groups and union organizations. The LL.M. degree offers four primary concentrations: corporate/financial law, employment law, tax law, and U.S. legal studies. Students learn from renowned scholars and practicing attorneys through daytime and evening classes.

Designed for working professionals, the program accommodates both full-time and part-time enrollment across three academic terms, with the most extensive course selection available during fall and winter semesters. Summer/spring sessions provide supplementary options. Prospective students should coordinate with the assistant dean for non-J.D. programs, faculty advisors, and specialization directors to create customized academic plans.
